Old-time football coaches like Joe Gibbs used to say, "It's not about the X's and O's, it's about the Jimmies and Joes." That statement holds just as much truth today and it goes well beyond sports. The X's and O's are the TRAX: the pathway, the playbook, the route to success. The Jimmies and Joes, or Jills and Joes, as I prefer, are the relationships that actually get us there.
What I love about OR Trax is that our focus isn't vendor management in the traditional sense. It's about cultivating real relationships between healthcare staff and medical vendors. Bridging communication gaps and lifting the administrative weight of regulatory compliance so healthcare teams can do what they do best. We're not just managing a process. We're building an environment where people can genuinely thrive in the middle of a constantly shifting healthcare landscape.

I'm Beth Kollas, VP of Client Success.
