ABOUT O.R. TRAX

Bridging communication between healthcare providers and vendor representatives

O.R. Trax specializes in vendor credentialing, automated surgical schedule notification, and visitor management. We're the fastest-growing vendor credentialing company in the U.S.

Restoring time to healthcare professionals

O.R. Trax was built to solve a simple but costly problem: the disconnect between surgical facilities and the vendors who supply them. Every day, healthcare providers waste hours coordinating vendor schedules through phone calls, texts, and faxes — methods that are inefficient, insecure, and error-prone.

Our platform automates this entire process. Healthcare facilities connect their EHR systems to O.R. Trax, and surgical schedules are automatically delivered to credentialed vendors — free of Protected Health Information, compliant with HIPAA, and accessible from any device.

The result: schedulers get 30–40 hours back every month, surgical delays caused by vendor tardiness are eliminated, and facilities maintain 100% credential compliance — all at zero cost to the healthcare provider.

Not just another credentialing company

Other platforms stop at credentialing. O.R. Trax goes further with automated surgical schedule notification — the feature that wins us our deals. With both platforms activated, eliminate unwanted foot traffic by only having vendors who are supposed to be in the O.R. actually in the O.R.

Automated vendor notification

We don't just credential vendors — we automatically notify them of their surgical schedules. No other platform does this. It eliminates phone tag, reduces delays, and keeps your O.R. running on time.

Free for healthcare providers

While competitors charge facilities $10K–$50K+ per year, O.R. Trax is completely free for hospitals and ASCs. Vendors pay for the platform — not you. Zero setup, license, or maintenance fees.

Pure software — no hardware

No kiosks, no badge printers, no equipment to maintain. Our iBadge technology runs on vendors' own devices. Deploy in days, not months, with no IT infrastructure project required.

The team behind O.R. Trax
